    Position: Early Intervention ABA Therapist (Birth – Age 3)

    About the Role: We are seeking warm, dedicated professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through the New York State Early Intervention Program. You’ll work one-on-one with children and families in home or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to support communication, behavior, play, and daily living skills.

    • ● Provide individualized ABA sessions for children under age 3● Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision (if required)● Take clear data and track progress● Collaborate with families and other professionals● Participate in team meetings and trainings as needed

    • ● Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field● Proof of degree required● Must complete ABA training (unless already certified or trained)● All NYS Early Intervention documentation and clearances required● Prior experience with children or early intervention● Reliable, professional, and compassionate

    Position: Early Intervention Service Coordinator

    Locations: Hybrid/Remote with Travel in NYC

    Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

    About the Role: We’re looking for a caring, organized, and dependable Service Coordinator to support families of infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for families — helping them navigate the early intervention process, attend meetings, and coordinate services tailored to their child’s developmental needs.

    • ● Serve as the family’s main contact throughout their Early Intervention journey● Coordinate evaluations, services, and scheduling● Attend and document Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings● Monitor ongoing services and child progress● Communicate regularly with families, therapists, and providers

    • ● Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities● Experience in early childhood, human services, or case management preferred● Must meet NYS qualifications for Early Intervention Service Coordinators● Completion of required state trainings (or willingness to complete upon hire)● Reliable transportation (if travel is required)
